Oh, man. This page never stops being horribly awkward. 

Originally, I was going to make this page cause even more uncomfortable writhing[sic]; that is, it was going to be ENTIRELY Kellen’s questions followed up by Rain’s one word answers. I decided I could progress things a little better by adding Fara’s little segment at the end though. Besides, a whole page of a lazily drawn image copy/pasted that many times could get pretty tiring. I even decided to have Rain turn her head once or twice to avoid that.

So, how are you?
Liriel Rain Bryer:
Good.
Kellen Flaherty:
And how's school? One more year, huh?
Liriel Rain Bryer:
Yeah.
Kellen Flaherty:
What do you want to do after high school?
Liriel Rain Bryer:
I don't know, yet.
Kellen Flaherty:
Aunt Fara tells me you made some new friends?
Liriel Rain Bryer:
Kinda.
Kellen Flaherty:
...... ...... ...... (sigh)
Kellen Flaherty:
Do you hate me, Ryan?
Liriel Rain Bryer:
W-what? No, of course not.
Kellen Flaherty:
Then why won't you talk to me?
Liriel Rain Bryer:
I... it's, um... I'm sorry, I just...
Kellen Flaherty:
...... Okay, you can put Aunt Fara back on the phone.
Liriel Rain Bryer:
O...okay...
Fara Bryer:
Done already, kiddo?
Fara Bryer:
I'm guessing he doesn't know anything about Aiken.
Kellen Flaherty:
(sigh)
Kellen Flaherty:
How long did it take for you to get him to open up to you, Aunt Fara?
Fara Bryer:
Don't take it personally. Whatever he doesn't say to you, he doesn't say to anyone. He's a much more complicated kid than he lets on.
Fara Bryer:
So don't worry, honey. When he's ready open up, I'm sure he will. The same goes for your other brother.
