Rafael's official character sheet describes him as follows:

A Runner at the Grand Arcane Library. He's always been quick for a joke, but Rafael recently became a father and insists it's time to step up his dad joke game (and now maybe he overdoes it a little). Rafael's alignment used to be unsealed, but he tells people he gave up magic ever since "the incident." But in reality, Fire magic just never felt right for him, so he stopped.

Never had hair. Even as a child.

Probably has a joke brewing right now.

Impressively chill and patient. Nothing seems to sour his mood.

Wrote a cookbook once.
