Synopsis

We timeskip to 21 December, when Fara gets a call from Aiken.

I really, really wanted to split this into two separate updates, but the pages really do go together. Understanding that kind of a lot happens on these two pages though, I’d be especially happy to hear some commentary.

And in case anyone asks, the final scene with Team Rain all gathered at her place does not include Chanel. Let’s just say she couldn’t make it… or maybe she just didn’t want to risk getting stuck sitting next to icky Gavin or Rudy or something.

And as of that day, everything seemed to get better.

Liriel Rain Bryer:
I guess we're kind of "that weird group", but I think if we stick together, things stay mostly okay.

Liriel Rain Bryer:
There was no serious drama and no fighting. Just friends having fun.

Rudy and I are still going out. Admittedly, we're still as awkward as ever. I wonder if that'll ever change.

I... actually don't know if Maria is dating Chanel, but they are together an awful lot. I think I like her, but she's a little weird.

Nov. 19th - Monday

She doesn't like boys at all; by which I don't mean she's merely unattracted to boys, but outright dislikes them.

Nov. 20th - Tuesday

I mean, she'll talk to Gavin and Rudy, but she always seems uncomfortable. And she won't stay with them by herself either.

Sometimes she even gives me weird looks, but Maria insists she hasn't told her anything.

It's okay though, I guess. I've actually become friends with Emily since we spoke during that one gym class.

Maria says I need to be careful around her, but I really don't think she's that bad...
