Welcome back, Rain Beaus!
So, what's this chapter about? I think that's obvious, isn't it? XD Actually, there's still a fair bit of jumping around between scenes, but I would say that this is a rather focused chapter compared to the previous one. In fact, it feels weird to make note of this given that she's the title character, but Rain is going to be taking center stage in the story for a while. Like I said, the story will still move around a lot, and the other characters will have their time in the spotlight, but expect a lot of focus to be on Rain herself in particular for a while. It's hard to explain, but I think you'll see what I mean once we get going.
And sorry. This chapter page isn't going to be dynamic and change like the last one. I may do that again at some point. But I'll save it for another big one. ^_^
