Todd Bittner
Todd Bittner was the school bully at St. Hallvard High School.[1][2] In the 2012-2013 school year, he began regularly beating up Rudy Strongwell—giving him several black eyes and a broken rib[3][4][5]—due to Drew's homophobic comments towards Rudy.[6] His general hostile demeanor and bullying was ignored by Father Quenton due to Todd's parents bribing the school and Todd possibly being his nephew.[7] In response to Brother Arthur's evidence of Todd's hostility[8] and persistent bullying,[5] he was later transferred to another school with the bribe money allegedly being used for therapy and anger management.[7]
